Located on the edge of Tregadillett village, the property is situated next to the owner s residence and within walking distance to the local pub. The closest town with all the amenities one could ask for is Launceston at 2.5 miles with its historic castle, Trebarwith Strand beach can be found under half an hour away or venture to the stunning Crackington Haven beach both on the north coast 18 miles away. Nearby attractions include Tintagel Castle (17 miles) and the rugged north Cornwall coastline along the South West Coast Path. Adrenalin Quarry, Eden Project, Siblyback Segway, The Hidden Valley, and Cardinham Woods are all within 30 miles. Although it is steeped in its rural past, it is also equipped with many modern comforts throughout. Step inside into a light and welcoming entrance hall.
