On the ground floor there are three reception rooms, a light airy sitting room with Smart TV, a lovely snug for playing games or doing one of the many jigsaws and the reading/music room has an extensive collection of books, DVDs and CDs, together with a CD player – this room is a wonderful place for the family to spend a quiet evening and reflect on the days adventures. The four bedrooms are located on the top two floors, with three situated on the first floor together with a spacious family bathroom and separate cloakroom with a single room and another bathroom located on the top floor, perfect for an older child or teenager to have their own space. With the beach, harbour, Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland steam railways and town centre all just a short walk away, this charming holiday home makes a perfect place to stay. The historic seaside port of Porthmadog offers craft and souvenir shops, excellent restaurants, tea rooms and inns, whilst slightly further away is the famous Black Rock Sands beach. Surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Snowdonia National Park and the North Wales coastline, there are a number of attractions nearby, including wonderful Portmeirion, Criccieth Castle and the stunning Llyn Peninsula. For those adrenaline seekers be sure to visit Blaenau Ffestiniog, home to the wonderful Bounce Below, a unique trampoline park set in underground slate caverns, or take to the heights of the Zip World Titan, an exhilarating experience as you soar through the sky at speeds of up to 100mph on the fastest zip line in the world! Lying on the Glaslyn Estuary is the lively harbour town of Porthmadog. The area boasts a beautiful coastline and acts as a gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. The town hosts a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as being home to the Ffestiniog Railway so you can take the steam train through the magnificent landscapes of Snowdonia and ending in the pretty Blaenau Ffestiniog. Also within easy reach is the popular Italianate village of Portmeirion.
