Park on the off-road driveway, which can fit two cars, before entering the sitting room, which has two relaxing sofas and a TV to enjoy quieter evenings by the woodburning stove that takes centre stage. Head into the kitchen/diner to whip up an evening meal and settle down round the dining room table, where you could also enjoy a game of cards. On the ground floor, you will also find a cloakroom to store shoes and coats, and a handy utility room with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Based in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons National Park, home to the spectacular Henrhyd Falls, numerous castles including Paxton’s Tower which are within easy reach of the property, as well as great walking and cycling routes, but if you can drag yourself away to explore the other side of the Glanaman Valley where you will find Cwm Clydach nature reserve and you may see spotted flycatchers, redstarts and dippers.
