Brinyloft has a beautifully furnished open-plan living area which boasts sea views of St Ives Bay and doorway access to a private balcony to make the most of the sea air. Relax on one of the two red sofas enjoying the smart TV with Freeview or your favourite Blu -ray movie. The dining area is within the living area and is perfectly placed to make the most of the sea views. The reclaimed solid wood table and matching chairs comfortably accommodates four people. Brinyloft has a modern Shaker-style beech fitted kitchen with a high breakfast bar with two stools, perfect for socialising whilst the cook is hard at work! It’s well appointed with everything you could desire while on holiday. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor enjoying lovely sea views of the bay. A sumptuously dressed king size bed ensures a peaceful night’s rest. A stairway leads from the living area to the second bedroom. This first-floor twin room upstairs on the mezzanine level, benefits from a lovely view of the sea, to help you relax and unwind. A family bathroom is located next to the master bedroom on the ground floor. Access to the private balcony is through the door from the living area, allowing you to take a breath of briny air or watch the boats go by. Enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun set over St Ives from the communal terrace on the seaward side of Compass Point. Access to the dramatic SW Coast path and a scenic railway to St Ives and surrounding area are nearby. If you love the beach, walking or exploring this luxury escape is ideally located.
Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside town of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead.
