Outside the property there is off-road parking to greet you before you enter into the property via the communal entrance and take yourself up the period staircase to your second-floor apartment, where you are welcomed by a spacious sitting room with exposed beams, comfortable sofas, a large TV to keep up with your favourite shows and an adjoining dining area by the windows, to enjoy breakfast with a view or gather as a family to play board games of evening continuing the days fun. Moving through the property there is a kitchen/diner which is certain to entice any budding chefs, with the addition of a handy dishwasher, while the large dining table provides somewhere for all to gather for an evening meal as you toast to a wonderful holiday. There are four well-decorated bedrooms, each sleeping two guests in very flexible sleeping arrangements, allowing everyone to have their own space to relax and rejuvenate after a long day on the beach. To complete the apartment, there is a bathroom with both bath and shower, and another shower room, allowing all your loved ones to get ready in style and avoid waiting. Outside there is an enclosed communal garden area, making a great space to let your furry friends out, or to take advantage of the furniture and barbeque, for when you fancy some al fresco dining and an evening outdoors. There is also a bike shed which is handy for any cyclist and the property sits on a national cycle route. Dinas Dinlle is a great coastal resort for family fun or water sports lovers, as well as an interesting spot for history with its Iron age hill fort and Roman ruins on a National Trust area just by the long Blue Flag beach. Sitting on the beach at Dina Dinlle is Dinas Dinlle Hillfort, owned by the national trust, while not much is known about the monument there are still chances to find Roman coins here, with it also being a Site of Special Scientific Interest because of its position on glacial drift sediments. Pop into The Surfer Chippy for a bag of chips and sit on the beach watching the waves in and out, Just a stone's throw away from the apartment is Bryn Mor Beach Hotel which offers food and drink in a casual setting, Beachcomer Shop and Off Licence, which sells all the essentials you'll need for your trip and of course the extras, such as surfboards, beach balls and ice cream, and a gift shop too treat those loved ones back home. The locals have rallied round in support of their local pub just 2 miles away in Tyn Llan which will be reopening soon serving fresh food and family favourites. Nearby is the quaint village of Llandwrog and Glynllifon Country Park, steeped in history it is home to Grade I listed gardens and boasts Victorian follies, streams, fountains, wonderful tree trails, craft shops and The Glynllifon Mansion - making it the winner of a Green Flag award and described as one of Wales' best kept secrets. Visit Porthmadog and the Osprey centre, run by volunteers. It watches over this rare species where Mrs G and her mate Aran have returned each year for 12 years to raise their young. Fron Goch is a garden centre just 3 miles away and voted the best in Wales serving excellent food from afternoon tea to a fabulous Sunday lunch, it is well worth a visit. The property is just over a mile from Caernarfon airport, from £69 per person enjoy a Helicopter Pleasure Flight around North Wales and its coast line, definitely one to remember. Just a short drive away is the historic and bustling town of Caernarfon, which is a popular tourist spot with a magnificent 13th Century castle and well preserved town walls, as well as a golf course and an abundance of eateries, takeaways and shops. Within driving distance is Snowdonia National Park, which makes for great mountain walking, cycling, picturesque views and is a truly worthy day out for all to enjoy. Head to Llanberis and the Snowdon Mountain railway, travelling three quarters of the way up the iconic Mount Snowdon with breathtaking views across the Snowdonia National Park and coast as you climb to new heights.
