You can enjoy many wonderful walks straight from the front door, with some exclusive routes on private Estate ground where panoramic views to South Wales, Lundy Island and Dartmoor can be enjoyed. Herds of red deer can frequently be seen grazing on the moor, and for the bird watchers, there are buzzards, kites, snipe and woodcocks to be spotted. In the village you will find a shop/post office and pub, both are within walking distance, but remember to take a torch for the walk back from the pub!
