Set deep within the open countryside, you are well placed for the picturesque Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and Brecon Beacons National Park, an absolute haven for walkers and cyclists. You can enjoy many fabulous walks right from your doorstep, along with the National Cycling Route (42) which you can pick up close by. The River Wye meanders along the base of the valley, where you ll also find the peaceful village of Tintern, famed for the ruins of Tintern Abbey. Chepstow is nearby, a bustling town with a good selection of pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes, and is steeped in history with a castle that is the oldest surviving post Roman stone fortification in Britain. The area is also rich in heritage, with many castles including Goodrich, Monmouth, and Raglan Castle. Enjoy the views across the countryside as you approach the farm, the barn is well positioned within the working yard, finished with a contemporary twist that blends well with its more traditional surroundings. Step inside where you will be pleasantly surprised with the vaulted ceiling and exposed ironworks. The hallway offers space for boots and coats along with a first glimpse of the open plan living space.
