The owner is based next door and kindly on-hand to help with any maintenance issues you may face on your holiday, to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible. In-demand off-road parking spaces for two cars are available upon arrival, along with an attractive patio and garden area that is accessible by a private path around the side of the property. Heading into the well-presented annex through the patio doors you will be stunned by the white, crisp and clean open-plan living area, which has been tastefully decorated and contains everything you need for your stay. To your right you will find the sitting area, perfect for snuggling up to together while watching a film on the smart TV; with the option to switch on the electric fire for some added warmth and ambiance. Across the way you will find the kitchen/diner, with gorgeous fittings containing all your necessities - including a convenient washing machine! The dining area seats up to four, so you have the option to dine together or invite guests for an evening meal. Continuing through the property and down the corridor you will find the bedroom, with a king-size bed and lots of storage around and under the bed - great for popping away all your belongings. Further down the corridor is your bathroom, with a shower over bath, WC and basin. Heading back outside you will notice outdoor seating has been provided, which is superb for a romantic dinner under the stars; while your furry companion stretches its legs. Grizebeck is a nine-minute drive away, containing all your amenities with the local garage containing a small shop of essentials, alongside The Greyhound Inn pub - serving local brews and evening meals. The annex's location means you have several different walking and hiking routes at your disposal, ranging from easy to difficult; why not go for a walk to the village of Kirkby-in-Furness and explore the Kirkby Moor? A scenic drive takes you to the fine market town of Ulverston, a town rich with history and sights of old buildings and cobbled streets; not forgetting the Canal Foot Beach - ideal for a romantic stroll along the coast. The town has an abundance of attractions, including the Laurel and Hardy Museum and The Coronation Hall; visits to these can be followed by a meal at the wide selection of Ulverston restaurants, featuring dishes that use the finest local produce.
