On the ground floor the entrance porch leads to a pretty sitting room with a feature fireplace with wood burning stove. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the comfortable sofas or sit in the window seats whilst watching television or reading. The bright, modern dining kitchen has doors leading out to the terraced garden, enjoying wonderful views. There is a cloakroom on the first floor and stairs from the sitting room lead to the two double bedrooms, one twin bunk bedroom and a well-appointed family bathroom.
The cottage is ideally situated for walking and cycling, and exploring the stunning Jurassic Coast. The village pub, The New Inn, is a very short stroll away and Hive Beach with its famous seafood café is just two miles away. There are numerous seaside towns and villages just a short drive away including Bridport, Westbay, Charmouth, Lyme Regis, and Weymouth. Nearby is the county town of Dorchester with its shops and cinemas, Roman Town House, Iron Age hill fort, museums and Thomas Hardy’s Max Gate and Cottage. When staying at the cottage, there are numerous attractions within a short drive, making Honeypot Cottage a perfect base for exploring Dorset.

Honeypot Cottage can accommodate a maximum of four adult guests and two children under the age of 12 years.
Please be aware the cottage has a narrow and steep staircase.
