Deer's Holt is a single story cottage style semi-detached property, in a small complex of 12 similar separately owned properties, all benefiting from well maintained award winning grounds surrounding them and a heated swimming pool. This cosy and compact accommodation is faced in Cotswold stone and was completely refurbished in 2010 and boasts open plan living comprising of kitchen, dining and lounge area (overlooking the heated pool). 2 Bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bedroom) and modern shower room.
Outside there is a communal garden and patio area the front door with garden furniture. The heated swimming pool opposite this cottage is kept in excellent condition. The accommodation is well presented with neutral, contemporary colours and furnishings throughout, bringing a warm welcoming flair to the whole property.
It is conveniently located 2.5 miles from the quaint fishing village of Polperro and the harbour town of Looe. Although there are a select few similar properties at Granite Henge, in my opinion this is one of the best located being right opposite the swimming pool.
Bank Voles Nest forms an ideal base for any family wanting to be close to the surrounding coastline and with quick and easy access to discover further afield.

Ideally located around 2.5 miles from the bustling fishing town of Looe and the coast is only 1.5 miles away at Talland Bay, a superb cove nestled in miles of stunning coastline. The village of Pelynt is about a mile away and has a well stocked Spar and Post Office as well as The Jubilee Inn serving fine ales and good food. Ideally located to provide an ideal touring base to visit all the nearby miles of coastline. 25 mins drive to Bodmin Moor, 35 mins drive to Eden Project. 1 hour 15 mins to Cornish city of Truro, 40 mins to city of Plymouth.
