The apartment has a light and bright living/dining room with plush sofas positioned around a multi fuel burner – ideal for curling up in front of on chilly winter evenings. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with plenty of space to rustle up a tasty meal; there is also a snug sitting area at the rear of the kitchen to enjoy a glass of wine while your food cooks away. There are two bedrooms to choose from, one with a double bed and the other a twin, and there is also a family bathroom. Step outside the property to immediately discover amazing views of the coastline and out to sea; a short 5-minute stroll will take you down narrow streets to Port Isaac’s idyllic fishing village. Here you will find several cafes, pubs, and restaurants, where you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy a local tipple and soak in the views. Keen walkers can enjoy the miles and miles of walking along the South West Coast Path, venturing north towards Tintagel or west, through Port Quin and on towards Polzeath. Polzeath has a fantastic sandy beach that is one of best spots in the UK for surfing, and it’s also a nature reserve so keep your eyes peeled for dolphins, seals, and coastal birds such as puffins. Yu won’t be short of entertainment with a stay at Bosun’s Locker.

An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. There is ample parking at the top of the village.
