This immaculately presented holiday home is in the centre of Narberth and backs on to the playing fields. Narberth is a quaint, little market town, in the heart of Pembrokeshire with an array of independent shops, bars, and restaurants. There are woodland and countryside walks straight from the front door why not stretch your legs and take a stroll to nearby Canaston Woods? For a family day out, Oakwood theme park and Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo are nearby. Or, if you fancy a day at the seaside, there are quieter beaches such as Wiseman's Bridge and Amroth, and the popular coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby, all a short drive away. As you enter this large townhouse, you will find two of the five bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom is a family room which has a double and a single bed, plus room for a travel cot if necessary, with a TV. The second bedroom is a twin room with an en suite shower room complete with WC. There is a further shower room with WC available on the ground floor, perfect to get cleaned up after a day of exploring! On to the first floor you will find your living space. There is a large lounge/diner with ample seating provided and a smart TV. There are French doors off the lounge area leading onto your very own balcony to enjoy your morning coffee looking out over the playing fields and watching the sunrise, you can enjoy views of the local sports ground and on a match day you can even cheer on the local side from here. The dining table is big enough for ten to enjoy a meal together or simply sit around and enjoy games and some snacks. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, everything you could need to prepare a simple breakfast or evening meal. On the second floor you will find three further bedrooms. There is a double room at the front of the house with built in storage and a smart TV, a twin room, plus a single room.
