This idyllic cottage is set in the heart of Sturminster Newton, which is a small market town located beside the River Stour. Set within the beautiful Blackmore Vale, there are many walking and cycling routes weaving through this picturesque landscape, including a popular trailway running to Blandford Forum (9 miles). This route takes in several pretty villages and a former railway station, now a small cafe and museum. There is a good selection of local amenities within the town centre itself or why not take a trip to the coast and visit the sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Poole or the rugged Jurassic Coastline, which are within 20 miles.
