A newly fitted kitchen is the ideal spot to prepare meals which you can enjoy at the central island or al-fresco in the sunny patio garden. There are two bedrooms, a restful double with an en-suite shower room and TV and a smaller room with bunks. The village of Bradninch has a shop, a pub and a vibrant musical community. There are excellent walks along the River Culm and in the surrounding hills. The National Trust's Killerton House and Gardens, a grand 18th century mansion is just a short drive away as is Tiverton's Grand Western Canal. Here you can board a traditional horse drawn barge and cruise the tranquil waters. The beautiful cathedral city of Exeter can be easily reached and has a mix of culture, historic buildings, quality restaurants and shops. Further afield, the golden sandy beaches of South and East Devon and the wild open spaces of Dartmoor can all be reached in under an hour.
