This quirky and fun little property has an interesting background. Alec Hill used the bakehouse to supply the baked produce for his shop and tea room, situated at No 29, during the 1930s through to the 1950s. The traditional clapboard bakehouse survived a WWII bomb hit and following its time as a bakehouse, became an artist's studio.
The open-plan living space has a well-equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar area whilst there is also space to relax in comfy chairs. The bedroom has beautiful views through the french doors, down to the garden which gently slopes away. Stepping out of the bedroom you descend into the garden which has a number of different spots in which to sit and relax. If you want to bring your bicycles with you, there is secure storage.
