Set back from the road and situated at the end of a gravelled driveway, Manor House in Beeford is in close proximity to the pretty village of Skipsea, famed for its golden sands and winner of the “Quality Coast Away from it All" award. Originally home to the Curtis family, the entire house has undergone a total renovation and has been lovingly transformed into a luxurious holiday home. Contemporary furnishings blend elegantly with traditional features and sumptuous furnishings. The whole house is now filled with light and space, whilst still being unequivocally welcoming. Manor House truly is the perfect place for a family gathering and for friends who love to get together, whilst spending some time exploring the glorious North Sea Coastline.

The welcoming entrance hall leads you to the most magnificent kitchen and dining area with seating for 10 guests around a bespoke solid wood table. The dream kitchen is a sociable space, well-equipped with modern Neff appliances and a state of the art integrated ventilation hob, wine cooler, ice drawer, and that all important Nespresso coffee machine. Here the keenest of cooks will have everything they need at their fingertips to prepare some delicious and memorable meals and with additional seating at the breakfast bar, everyone's included.

The main hall on the ground floor leads you past the smaller of the two sitting rooms. This room makes a perfect snug and an ideal area to keep the children entertained, whether watching television or playing board games after a day on the beach. Carry on through to the front of the Manor House and you will arrive at the games room featuring its very own snooker table, ideal to bring out the competitive streak in everyone. The stylish contemporary drawing room has ample sumptuous seating and features a cosy wood burning stove, a 50 inch Smart television for all those avid movie night fans and last, but not least, a piano for all those budding pianists. With plenty of space for socialising and relaxation, everyone can find a corner of their own.

At bedtime, climb the grand staircase to the first floor where you will find five beautifully decorated bedrooms each overlooking the private gardens. The decadent master (bedroom one) features a 6' super-king size Wheatcroft bed, two seater sofa, dressing room and en-suite bathroom, with large walk-in shower and free-standing bath. There are two further light and airy twin bedrooms each with 3' single beds, whilst the remaining two bedrooms feature a king-size bed and yet another super-king size bed respectively. The modern family sized bathroom with a walk-in double shower, deep bath and vanity unit is with in easy reach of the bedrooms.

The fabulous grounds that wrap around the Manor House will provide you with as much outdoor space as you need. Garden games have been provided and are stored in the house for you and your guests to enjoy. Comfortable rattan garden furniture with seating for 10 guests is positioned to the side of the property, so you can kick back and relax whilst you enjoy a barbecue or two.
