Approaching the property, you will pass the owner’s residence which is onsite of the working farm also, where you will find two off-road parking spaces available right outside of the property on the upper-level garden; for those requiring disabled access, there is parking available at the front of the property. Upon entering the property, you are enveloped into a quirky open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, which is sure to become the social hub of the home. Enjoy cosying up in the sitting room in front of the woodburning stove and selecting a show to watch on the TV for the evening with a glass of wine. Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the rustic kitchen and gather you family around the dining table to discuss the plans for the days ahead. When sleep calls, guests will benefit from the first of two bedrooms, this one being a ground-floor double with beautiful beams and exposed reclaimed wood, along with an en-suite shower room and access to the garden via the stable door, this is ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Climbing up the outdoor stone steps, you will discover the master bedroom, with a double bed and fantastic mezzanine looking over the living space below, the stand-out feature is the free-standing bath, where you can take a long soak before climbing into bed for the evening; along with an en-suite cloakroom. Outside you will find a private patio area where you can enjoy a morning cup of tea as you watch the world go by or opt to sit on the lower level and enjoy the sights of the farm’s animals. Nestled in the splendid rolling green hills of the Derbyshire countryside, residing along the Marsh Brook is the small hamlet of Kelstedge. This quaint, yet beautiful village has few amenities but is perfectly located to explore its neighbouring towns where there is plenty. Whilst you are in Kelstedge be sure to make a trip to The Kelstedge Inn which promises visitors scrumptious meals, a wide variety of fine wines and ales and a roaring fire while you eat. You can also take advantage of a full English at the Marsh Green Farm Shop. Just a walk away is the rural village of Ashover, set in the picturesque conservation site of Amber Valley is the quaint renowned as being one of the prettiest villages in Derbyshire.
