A delightful and well presented two bedroom cottage, set within the beautiful village of Ipplepen and a great base for exploring South Devon.
This welcoming cottage is close to many seaside towns. It s an ideal spot for families and couples and conveniently located within walking distance of the village pub and shops. With Torquay 7 miles away, known for its beautiful palm lined promenade, lively marina and harbour, seafront gardens and variety of cafes, pubs and restaurants, there is plenty to keep you busy. Other places to visit include Dartmouth (20 miles) with its upmarket shops and galleries, and Totnes (6 miles) with its castle and abundance of locally sourced food and cafes. Amongst the many family attractions are Cockington Country Park, Crealy Adventure Park, Woodlands Adventure Park and the famous Dartmouth and South Devon heritage steam railways (all within 25 miles). Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away; both horse riding and walking across the stunning landscapes are popular. Step inside this fabulous cottage to find yourself in the beautifully furnished lounge and dining room. The living space has comfortable seating for all guests and makes the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area, complete with a smart TV to keep up to date on your favourite shows.
