The accommodation forms part of the side wing of the owners home, (but is completely self contained and with its own entrance), originally a mid 18th century farm building that has over time been lovingly restored with high ceilings and exposed beams. It houses a treasure trove of artwork created by the owner and his contemporaries, including ceramics and paintings. Guests enter via the lower end of the house into a cosy lounge with a sofa, armchairs, TV, and a large wood burner with a generous supply of logs. From the lounge, you can access the dining area, which is the main room with the high ceiling, showing some of the larger paintings. The dining table takes centre stage and is perfect for entertaining with a galley kitchen cleverly tucked away across the rear wall. It is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, double sink, dishwasher and washing machine. When the day is done, there is a double bedroom with en suite shower and WC.
