Open-plan living at its best, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room opens up into a light and airy sitting room with bi-fold doors overlooking the small, sunny courtyard with salsa chairs and a coffee table. On the first floor are two bedrooms; one with a super-king size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower over. The Coach House's superb location, only a short walk from the many amenities of Cromer and the picturesque North Norfolk Coast, makes this the ideal cottage year round. Taking in a show at the Pavilion Theatre, walking the Coastal Path, a spot of surfing - Cromer is fast becoming Norfolk's surfing hot spot! - golfing, or spending the day on a stunning, sandy beach, plus fabulous eateries the whole way along the coast, you'll be spoilt for choice at The Coach House! Additional Information: Sorry, no pets. Sorry, no children under the age of 12 years – one 'babe in arms'. Please note: no baby/children safety equipment is available at the property. Synthetic bedding provided. The Nespresso machine uses classic capsules which can be found in most major supermarkets. There is storage for bicycles, paddle boards and surf boards behind a locked gate. Guests with restricted mobility should note: the sofa is low and the stairs are quite steep.
