Positioned only three miles from the small seaside resort village of Portreath with its sandy beach and narrow harbour. The beach is popular with both swimmers and surfers alike, as are many of the other local beaches including Godrevy and Perranporth, which are both within easy reach by car. Many other attractions are a short drive away, including St Ives with its Tate Gallery, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. Step inside into the light and welcoming hallway. Hang up your outerwear and head left into the open plan lounge/diner. Cosy up on one of three comfy sofas in the lounge area and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table with plenty of seating for all so you can plan your day ahead, with Alexa playing songs in the background, and the patio doors open onto the rear garden.
