Tuxhills has been thoughtfully renovated to cater for all modern needs, when you arrive you will pull off the road on to a driveway suitable for 4 cars making loading and unloading an easy task. Once over the threshold you are greeted by a large entrance hall, with a boot and cloakroom leading to 4 large reception rooms, a modern farmhouse style kitchen with breakfast bar and bespoke wooden dining table perfect for celebration meals (The owners can recommend chefs for private dining upon request). Move through to the games room with pool and table tennis table and on to a comfortable living room all with beautiful views over the Eden Valley and finally to the cinema room, which with its Govee immersion backlights and surround sound system gives you a true multi sensory cinema experience. Venturing though the French doors you will find a covered terrace, over looking the Pennines, a beautiful setting to enjoy your morning coffee. On the first-floor are five large individually styled bedrooms, 3 king-size one with an en-suite, a super-king or twin which ever suits your needs, and a double with built in wardrobes offering plenty of storage for your belongings and delightful views from each window. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath on this floor.
