Ground Floor: Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, combie microwave/oven/grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Garden room. Bedroom 1: With twin beds. Bedroom 2: With single bed. Bathroom 1: With shower over bath, and toilet. First Floor: Living room: With wood burner, TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed. Bedroom 4: With single bed. Bathroom 2: With bath and toilet.. Electric central heating and electricity (£25 per week November-March), bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Telephone - incoming calls only. Large landscaped garden with decked sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps and sloping banks in the garden, and an unfenced mill stream 5 yards away..
