Motor launches are available for hire in Stalham or Wroxham. Norwich, 18 miles. Sandy, uncrowded beaches can be found within 2½ miles; Sea Palling and Mundesley are easily accessible. Cromer and the rest of the North Norfolk Coast can be explored. All cottages are furnished to a very good and are constructed to very good specifications. Shop 2½ miles and pub serving food ½ mile.
