Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request), pull-out bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and Freeview TV. Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Utility room: With washing machine and tumble dryer. First Floor: Living room: With Freeview TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, PlayStation 2 and Wii console with a selection of games and double sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements). Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, DAB radio and CD player with a section of CDs.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Z-bed available. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. No smoking.. Enjoying a wonderful location with uninterrupted, far-reaching sea views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight and superb sunsets. This self-contained holiday annexe is attached to the owners’ home – being the other half of the original house. It has a living area on the first floor to take advantage of the superb view and large kitchen with vaulted ceiling for socialising. There is private parking for two cars, a balcony with sea views and furniture, and an enclosed lawned back garden accessed along a short path with barbecue, picnic table and rotary clothesline. Scenic coastal walks can be enjoyed almost from the door, with steps down to the shingle beach and sea directly opposite. The owners even supply a picnic basket, rugs and 6 beach towels so you can spend the day at the beach right from day 1! The harbour is close by and this area is one of the south coast’s leading venues for water sports, including sailboarding and kite surfing. Peaceful walks can also be enjoyed along the River Meon, and the well-known National Nature Reserve, Titchfield Haven, which is 200 yards from the property. Solent Sea Scapes is also directly on the National Cycle Route Network 2, which passes right in front of the property, and is perfect for the keen cyclists amongst you. Golf and fishing can also be found nearby. The owners are also happy to provide bicycle storage. The nearby village of Titchfield has a traditional butchers and tearooms, as well as a convenience store. Steeped in history, the church dates back to the 7th or 8th century, and Titchfield Abbey has welcomed many royal historic visitors including Richard I, Charles I and II, and King Henry VI. There are many places of interest to visit, including the New Forest, Beauleigh Motor Museum and Paultons Park with Peppa Pig World, as well as Southampton with its West Quay Shopping Centre, and Portsmouth, with Spinnaker Tower, designer shopping outlets, waterside dining, plentiful entertainments and its famous dockyard with historic ships. Winchester and Chichester cathedrals are both also within easy driving distance. Two tearooms, Chinese takeaway, and pub/restaurant ¼ mile. Beach 100 yards. Local shop 1 mile.
