There is a village pub nearby also, ideal for a drink after a busy day exploring. St Michaels Mount can be seen from the double bedroom. It is just 2 miles from Penzance, with pubs and restaurants. The nearby village of Heamoor has a shop, bakery, fish & chip shop and pub. The National Trust gardens at Trengwainton are a 10-minute walk away. A comfortable and quiet base for exploring west Cornwall, walkers will enjoy the coastal footpath. There are sandy beaches at Sennen, St Ives and Porthcurno with Minack open air theatre.
