Living room: With wood burner, Freesat TV, DVD player, double sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and French doors leading to garden. Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Cloak/boot room: With butler sink and storage for boots and coats. Bedroom: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twin beds on request) and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Separate toilet. . Electric wall heaters (underfloor heating in cloak/boot room and separate toilet), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Ideally placed for touring the area, Edinburgh and Glasgow are 50 miles, spectacular St Mary’s Loch, 30 miles, and the Grey Mare’s Tail waterfall is just 10 miles away, while Drumlanrig Castle, near Thornhill is within easy reach.
