Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Shower room: With walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.. Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Patio with garden furniture. 2-acre woodland grounds (shared with other guests). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children under 12 years old. There are 3 steps in the grounds.. The property is a short walk from Carrbridge village centre and only 5 miles from the vibrant town of Aviemore, both situated in the heart of The Cairngorms National Park and at the head of the Speyside Way. Aviemore boasts a range of shops, restaurants and bars, along with a very wide range of outdoor activities such as ski-ing and snowboarding, mountain and quad biking and climbing and hill walking. There are also a variety of watersports available on nearby Loch Insh, Loch Morlich and the River Spey, including zip lining and zorbing. Take a ride on the Cairngorm Mountain funicular railway, visit the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre and the Highland Wildlife Park at nearby Kingussie and the Landmark Forest Adventure Park only a short walk from the property. Visit the lovely Spey Valley golf course, or the Dalfaber Leisure Resort in Aviemore with its wonderful array of leisure activities. Further afield, you can take a trip to the beautiful west coast and the Isle of Skye. Visit the Moray coastline, peppered with fishing villages and beautiful beaches.
