This delightful property has been lovingly renovated by its owners to provide guests with a cosy and comfortable residence, whilst retaining many of its original features. Be it an action-packed family holiday or a romantic retreat for couples, Willow Cottage suits all manner of holiday makers. This terraced cottage, with a private drive, is approached via a pedestrian gate and vine-covered archway. There are a number of secluded coves and beaches close by, including Prussia Cove, Perranuthnoe and Praa Sands Beach. Nearby, Porthleven is a popular destination thanks to its historic harbour and its selection of quality restaurants and cafés. There’s also a vast network of picturesque walking trails in the area, and easy access to the coastal pathways. Head south to Marazion, the gateway to the enchanting St Michael’s Mount (the ‘jewel’ in Cornwall’s crown). The small tidal island can be reached on foot by a causeway at low tide, or by ferry at high tide. Continue a short distance to Penzance, with its harbour and marina overlooking the sweeping Mounts Bay. Stroll along the promenade to Newlyn, with its famous art gallery and fishing fleet, and continue around the coast to the pretty sheltered harbour of Mousehole, with its winding alleyways lined with art and craft shops. The famous Mousehole Christmas Lights attract vast numbers of visitors from around the UK during the winter season.
