Situated above Lake Coniston amongst the woods, through which there is a short path down to the lake, the property is right in the heart of the Lakes National Park. It is situated 2 miles from Coniston with its beautiful and romantic valley surrounded by spectacular scenery, 5 miles from Ambleside with magnificent fells, a mile from Tarn Howes, and with Grizedale Forest behind you, an ideal place to go walking with views of the dales and mountains, and with 60 sculptures across the forest.
