Many walks start from the door step and with the superb central location it is an ideal base to explore the whole island. Beautiful sandy beaches are within easy reach including Aberffraw on the west coast, and the very popular Benllech on the east coast, as well as a host of visitor attractions including Sea World, Beaumaris Castle, a racing circuit and lovely boat rides to watch puffins or to fish. Day trips to Ireland are easily accessible from the port of Holyhead and a myriad of outdoor pursuits and breathtaking scenery are just a half hour’s drive away in the Snowdonia National Park. Golf, horse riding, lake fishing and sailing are all available nearby.
