Train stations can be found at both Llandeilo, 5 miles, which is part of the Heart of Wales line, and Llandybie, 3 miles. For keen walkers there is a host of footpaths locally along with Carmel National Nature Reserve with remarkable geology, and the only known Turlough in Wales, or disappearing lake, only a few minutes away.
