Cot and highchair available on request.. 25-acre natural grounds and woodland (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced river in the grounds, 550 yards away.. Nestled amongst 25 acres of woodland with the River Spean running by, is this well presented two bedroom lodge. It is set at the end of the track with views over the woodlands and mountains beyond. This really is a perfect place from which to explore the Highlands. Treig comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one bunk, both served by a family bathroom. There is an open plan living/dining room and kitchen with views towards the mountains. Outside there is private parking and a seating area where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. The owners, who live on-site, are on hand should you need advice or assistance during your stay. The local area is packed with things to do all year round from winter skiing (weather permitting) at Nevis Range, 9 miles. There are numerous other attractions including Ben Nevis Distillery and Mallaig Marine World. The property is within walking distance of the local pub which serves great food. Catch a train from the local train station to explore the area without the need of a car. Shop 500 yards, pub and restaurant 440 yards.
