Tucked away in a quiet residential area, just 2 minutes’ walk from the shores of Loch Long. This beautiful bungalow has open plan living space, two bedroom and a multi-fuel burner for those cooler nights. The conservatory extends to the rear garden patio which attracts the sunshine from early morning until dusk. The gardens, both front and back, have wonderful hillside views of Stronchullin Hill. The local pub is busy, family friendly and is on the shores of Loch Long with a large outdoor patio area, making it the perfect place to kick back and relax on your holiday. Also within walking distance of Cowal’s longest sandy beach, Ardentinny Bay which is a wonderful place to explore the local coastline & wildlife, and finish off with a picnic or barbecue. Nestled within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park on the Cowal Peninsula, Ardentinny is a small coastal village set within a long sandy bay, on the shores of Loch Long bordering the Argyll Forest Park. Other local outdoor activities include fishing, golfing, quad biking, archery and clay shooting. Within the village, The Ardentinny Outdoor Centre also offers summer camps for children. Benmore Botanic Gardens, with its impressive collection of plants and gardens is a good day out and offers a gift shop and café. A short drive takes you to Portavadie, a marina village, where you can take the ferry over to Tarbert to explore the Kintyre Peninsula, with ferries to the islands of Islay, Jura and Arran.
