Living room 1: With 40" Freeview TV and double sofa bed. Living room 2. Kitchen/dining room: With gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, 32" Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bedroom 3: With bunk bed. Bathroom: With bath and toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed tiered garden with raised decked area and garden furniture. 2 small dogs welcome. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the tiered garden.. Situated in the Preston area of Paignton, Miranda Road is a detached bungalow sleeping upto eight guests. On entering the property, through the hallway there is a kitchen/dining room and the living room.
