Living area: With wood burner and Smart TV. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Separate toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With single bed. Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, toilet, heated towel rail and tiled floor. Second Floor: Bedroom 3: With twin beds and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Both properties: Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and gas barbecue. Situated in the peaceful village of Morgans Vale, they are just under a mile away from the village of Downton and its local facilities. These lovingly furnished cottages are right on the border of the New Forest National Park, but with the beauty of the medieval cathedral city of Salisbury nearby, and coastal beaches under 20 miles away. This is a great base from which to visit the host of attractions in the area. The cottages both boast a wood burner for those colder winter evenings and are attractively furnished with Karndean floors downstairs and carpets upstairs. The accommodation is set over three floors in each property, with the loft room being a great option for kids or teenagers. For lovers of culture and the outdoors, there are numerous walks in the nearby New Forest and various National Trust properties nearby, including Stonehenge, with its stone circle, and Moffisfont House and Gardens in nearby Romsey. If you’re seeking the coast, sun, and sand, then the sandy beaches of Bournemouth are within a 40-minute drive. Paultons Park, home of Peppa Pig World, is a short 20-minute drive away.
