Utility room: With microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1: With double bed, TV with Netflix and tiled floor. Bathroom 1: With corner bath, shower attachment, toilet, heated towel rail and tiled floor (also accessed from bedroom 1). Separate toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request) and en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3: With double bed. Located down a quiet lane just off the main coastal road, on the edge of the village of Cley-next-the-Sea, this brick and flint cottage is full of character. Boasting an elegant design and comfortably furnished, the property offers a homely and inviting welcome. With plenty of space to join together, the spacious kitchen/dining room features bi-folding doors opening to the large patio, where you’ll find a bubbling private hot tub. The living room has a cosy wood burner and leads to the conservatory with its wonderful views. There is a separate snug with a further TV and wood burner, the perfect place for some privacy to relax and unwind. The local area has some excellent bird watching opportunities, and walking and cycling can be enjoyed directly from the doorstep. Cley-next-the-Sea is just a 10-minute walk away and is home to award-winning cafés, tea rooms, smoked fish house, windmill, art galleries and a pub serving good food. There is a shingle beach which can be accessed by footpath, and an eco-friendly visitor centre with a cafe, shop and information about the birds and wildlife of the salt marshes. Blakeney Quay is a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. Walkers and cyclists will find an abundance of picturesque coastal routes right on the doorstep, and having worked up an appetite, you will be delighted to discover North Norfolk’s emerging ’foodie’ reputation.
