This wonderful holiday cottage, situated in the Peak District National Park, is hidden in the pretty village of Birchover. Part of what was once originally a chapel dating back to 1853, Nine Ladies has been tastefully renovated throughout, whilst maintaining its character and charm. The upside-down designed property has an open plan living room and kitchen upstairs, whilst downstairs, there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Excellent walks are on your doorstep, including the Nine Ladies stone circle walk, and it lies within a few miles of the Tissington and High Peak walking/cycling trails, plus the Limestone Way. Just 1 mile away, is the pretty village of Winster, famous for its morris dancers, wakes festivities (every June) and annual Shrove Tuesday pancake race. Nine Ladies is perfect for guests seeking a village location within easy reach of some of Derbyshire’s most famous attractions. Don’t miss the spectacular Chatsworth House, and the market town of Bakewell, which is a ten-minute drive away, home to a fine selection of shops, cafés and pubs, along with the famous Bakewell Pudding.
