Grahamsha is a beautiful cottage that has been extended in a modern contemporary theme, situated just a short walk from Skaill which has a falconry centre and a visitors centre. The property is entered via a hallway with all ground floor rooms leading off, there is a bathroom and a huge bedroom with a seating area to take in the views, there is a utility room and a further twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room that, with stairs that lead to a glass gabled mezzanine living area with comfortable furniture and great views with the benefit of a wood burner. A few more steps lead to the master bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. Outside there is ample parking and an enclosed garden for the four legged friends. The port town of Stromness is just a short drive away with a great selection of restaurants, pubs and many local shops selling island themed products. Kirkwall is only 16 miles way where you can enjoy numerous day trips to the adjoining islands in particular Sanday with its beautiful white sands. Closer to the cottage, a visit to the Neolithic site of Skara Brae, set right on the sea edge, must not be missed. Beach 100 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 7 miles. Free WiFi
