This traditional cottage comes extremely well-equipped, with a contemporary kitchen and a cosy living room warmed by a wood burner, perfect for those chillier evenings. A wide selection of games are also available. The ’Squirrel Away’ conservatory is truly delightful and offers views of the adjacent countryside and fields, often filled with cows and sheep. You are likely to also catch sight of our resident rabbits, pheasants and a variety of birds. The family bathroom is complete with a electric shower over the bath, toilet and a heated towel rail. Both well-appointed bedrooms are situated on the first floor. ’The Cosy Cabrach’ room offers a kingsize bed and the ’Hare Haven’ is a zip and link kingsize bed. Mill of Gariochsford is just 4 miles from the village of Rothienorman with its takeaway, shops and pub. Just 15 miles away is the bustling town of Inverurie with rail links to both Aberdeen and Inverness. Nearby Turriff, 8 miles, is another popular town and serves as the main shopping centre for the surrounding farmlands. Both towns host several restaurants offering traditional Scottish fayre and international cuisine. The historical city of Aberdeen is located 32 miles away and offers a plethora of shops and leisure facilities including art galleries, theatres, museums, botanical gardens and an amusement park.
