Spend a day in the charming town of Llangollen, a small town steeped in myth and legend. The town is perhaps better known for hosting the International Music Eisteddfod in the summer, where thousands of visitors flock every July, but even if visiting out of season there is no shortage of things to do. Visit the home of the ’Ladies of Llangollen’, Plas Newydd, one of Wales’ famous tourist attractions.
