The spacious kitchen has a breakfast bar and flows nicely through to the dining and living area; which has a wood burner style electric fan heater. There is also a garden to the front with views across to the sea. The beauty of this barn is that it is all on the ground floor and there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms! Aberystwyth, with its pier and promenade, is a 20-minute drive and here you can take the electric cliff railway up to the summit of Coinstitution Hill and be rewarded with the most spectacular view whilst you have a coffee and cake. Why not also take the narrow gauge steam railway to the waterfalls at Devil’s Bridge whist you are here? The colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is 4 miles south and here there’s a good selection of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. There are many events on during the year including the seafood festival, Welsh cobs and ponies festival, and music festival in New Quay.
