This large holiday home, with sea views and two games rooms, provides the perfect seaside retreat in the quaint coastal village of Allonby. This semi-detached property, spread over four floors, is perfect if you’re looking for a family break and you want to bring your four-legged friends along too. The house is a Grade II listed Georgian property and retains many of its period features. Woodlands comfortably sleeps up to eight guests in five spacious bedrooms giving you the flexibility for families with different generations to enjoy the space and freedom of this lovely property and also take in the sea views. On the second floor you’ll find three bedrooms, one with full size bunk beds, one with twin beds and another with a kingsize bed. All are well equipped and come with plenty of storage for your belongings. The first floor houses a double room and a kingsize room with en-suite bathroom, as well as the main family bathroom. The ground floor offers a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room ideal for a family feast and also a separate living room with flat screen TV. What really sets this property is the two fabulous games rooms in the basement level, one themed for younger guests with air hockey, table football and plenty of games, and one for older children, or just big kids at heart, with a pool table and dart board. One thing’s for sure, you’ll certainly find something to keep the whole family entertained. On sunny days guests can enjoy sitting out in the small enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture, a barbecue is also available for guest use. Cross over the road and you hit the famous Allonby Beach. After a walk along the shore, you’ll be suitably refreshed and ready for the next step of your adventure.
