Dorset Heavy Horse Farm is a wonderful family day out where you can feed the animals or enjoy a ride in a horse drawn carriage. You can visit Moors Valley Park where there are tree top walkways or you can cycle around the woodlands. Also pay a visit to the theatre in Wimborne or the scale model town. Also worth a visit are the Abbey Museum and Gardens at Shaftesbury, or drive to the coast and enjoy the UKs best beach in Bournemouth, or further along to the beautiful Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove.
