The fields adjacent to the property are full of deer, and you can enjoy watching the bound through the fields from the garden. The property consists of a spacious kitchen/dining room with a wood burner, and large windows looking onto the deer park. Three steps lead from the kitchen to a shower room and two bedrooms one made up of a double bed, and the other with 3 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find the large living room, boasting views over the rolling countryside beyond. There is also a snug with a single sofa bed, family bathroom and two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds. The wonderful property is located just outside the village of Painscastle, home to a local pub, and only 5 miles from Hay-on-Wye, with a further range of amenities including shops, restaurants, coffee shops, book shops and so much more.
