With lovely large gardens and panoramic views, it is a great place for birdwatchers and those that like to watch the RAF jets that pass by near the Mach loop. This property boasts a large entrance hall, and a spacious living space with a large kitchen/dining room with patio doors leading to the enclosed garden. The comfortable living room with wood burner is the ideal place to relax in from of the TV at the end of a busy day. The garage is home to a tumble dryer, perfect for drying off wet clothes after a good hike! Upstairs are three cosy bedrooms, comprised of a master bedroom with a double bed and full length glass doors overlooking the garden, a double bedroom with great views, and a twin bedroom, ideal for children. The town of Dolgellau is just 13 miles away, and a must visit is Cader Idris mountain, great for running, walking, climbing and has some fantastic views. For walking or cycling enthusiasts there is also the Mawddach Trail, with flat terrain most of the way. There is a great pub to stop at along the route for a refreshing drink or bite to eat. For beach lovers, Barmouth beach and harbour are approximately 23 miles from the property and offer a real seaside retreat.
