Welcome pack. Games room with table tennis and pool table.. Large enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all tines (working farm). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are sloping grounds and animals in the grounds. . Outside, the enclosed garden and patio area provide the ideal place to unwind following a busy day’s exploration. The charming coastal resorts of New Quay and Aberaeron are within easy reach, offering a wide selection of independent shops, tasteful restaurants and golden beaches. A visit to the area would not be complete without a sea safari trip around the glistening Cardigan Bay, where you might spot the resident bottlenose dolphins on a clear day!
