The property is located 1½ miles from Fistral Beach and 1 mile from Lusty Glaze. The property is accessed by a keypad entry system with access from the front and rear. There is an internal courtyard on the ground floor, a cycle/surfboard store and an outdoor shower for all those who love surfing and the beach! The lift or stairs will take you to the third floor where you will find the apartment, and it also comes with allocated parking to the front of the building.
