Sunnymeade is a large, safe, constable and clean property, it offers facilities that make life a little sweeter, however, we do not class it as a luxury home. The guest will find a large outside Hot tub, games room, pool table, two sitting rooms, large dining rooms and a kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine and dishwasher all over 4,350 sq. ft. to enjoy your friends and family in. Sunnymeade is a holiday home to relax in with good friends and family. Outside is a lawned area to the front and back of the property and access to the property is through a large gate to the front carpark where there are spaces for seven cars and a 7kw EV charging point for free use for the house guest. The property is in Buxton Norfolk close to the Norfolk Broads. Buxton has a village, Fish & Chip shop and local pub all within a few min walk from the property. Buxton is situated on the edge of the Norfolk Broads; the River Bure runs through the village. There are several circular walks from the property along with a single gauge steam railway line that stops at Buxton (En-route between Aylsham and Wroxham). The track alongside the steam railway is an off-road cycle path and footpath. The River Bure in this area is a popular wild water swim, canoeing, paddle boarding and an excellent spot for fishing.
