All on the ground floor: With wooden floor throughout. Open plan living space. Living area: With wood burner and 32" Sky Smart TV (basic package). Dining area. Kitchen area: With wood burning Rayburn, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom: With double bed, 19" Freesat Sky TV (basic package) and DVD player. Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. External bedroom with double bed, wood burner and wooden floor. . Garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture, firepit and gas BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The second bedroom is not attached to the house, does not have electricity and is heated by a wood burner only - not suitable for winter. .
